This coffee comes from Kembata, a region in southwestern Addis, on the way to Lake Arba Minch. The soil is extremely fertile, and ideal for growing high quality coffee. The coffee cherry ferments between 36 and 48 hours before drying on African beds in the sun for 15-21 days. The result is an excellent, complex and ideal coffee to consume in filter or espresso.
