From the municipality of Guadalupe, Huila, we bring you this excellent coffee of the caturra variety.
The cherries are cultivated at 1800 masl, manually harvested and taken to the washing process, which consists of a mechanical removal of the pulp, anaerobic fermentation and drying.
The profile of this coffee leaves us with subtle floral notes (violet) and marked fruity notes (apricot).
