Our Coffee Shop?

Our only direct sales store is currently the website, here you will find all our coffees and the latest news. We currently do not have a physical store, but if you are interested in working with our coffee, or want us to provide you with where you can find your closest coffee shop with our coffee offer, contact us at info@titacoffee.com. We will be happy to answer you!

Your feedback is everything to us

You do us a favor if you give us your opinion in relation to our coffees, or shopping experience on the web.

We do a tasting of all our production batches and of all the coffees that we send you, but if you have any comments or suggestions, do not hesitate to do so. Only then we can improve and give you the news you expect!

Roasting coffee

Where is our roastery?

Our facilities are small, currently we do not have a pick-up service, or a tasting cafeteria for clients. The Roastery is located in Barcelona, and is basically a small production center, next to a small laboratory where we analyze all the coffees that pass through our hands, before, during and after being roasted. If you want to contact us for a wholesale service, training, events or business opportunities, write to info@titacoffee.com and we will close an appointment on the day that goes well for us.

When will you receive your coffee?

We roast on Mondays every week.

All orders placed until 12:00 on Monday will be roasted on the same Monday and shipped the next day so that you can taste them in optimal conditions on Wednesday or Thursday at the latest. In any case, we indicate the next roast day in the “Coffee” section.

Products and subscriptions

Our products

At titacoffee.com we offer you coffee as an individual product and also subscriptions.

Subscriptions roast and shipment

Subscriptions are automatically renewed each month and will be toasted the Monday following the order renewal. In the same way as the rest of the products, it is roasted on Monday, served on Tuesday and you will receive it on Wednesday or, at the latest, Thursday.

Subscription billing

Billing begins the day you sign up for the subscription service. And it will be done on a monthly basis. You can modify or cancel the subscription at any time through the “subscriptions” section.

Payment and shipment

National deliveries

Shipments within Spain will be managed through Correos Express and the delivery time is 24h-48h after the roasting day. (Canary Islands the term can be up to 15 days)

International deliveries

Outside of Spain, shipments will be via UPS, in Europe the delivery time is 7 days after the day of roasting. Although it is usual for shipments to arrive earlier, this may vary depending on the destination country.

Returning policy

Damages or mistakes

TITA COFFEE will be responsible for the returns, for errors in the preparation of the order by TITA COFFEE or in cases where the product is damaged or defective.

Delivery time

The term that the client will have to return a product is 10 days from delivery.

Returns

TITA COFFEE after receiving the merchandise will proceed to resend the product in good condition, and if this is not possible, the amount of the product will be paid to the customer.

Fresh product return

Fresh products

TITA COFFEE will not be able to assume rejections or returns of fresh product in good condition that corresponds to the order processed by the customer. When working with always fresh product, it is not possible to resell the product to third parties so we would proceed to destroy it. (In no case is it returned to the TITA COFFEE warehouse)

Missing in the delivery

TITA COFFEE will not be responsible for failures in deliveries due to the absence of the client at the reception or impossibility of delivery by the postal agency (prior notice to the client)
